To create an account, click “My Account” at the top of the page and sign up with your email.

• Breeze through checkout since we'll have your information on file

• Check your order status and purchase history online

• Choose to receive exclusive offers and new product arrivals via email newsletter

To update your information, simply click "My Account" at the top of the page and proceed to your details.

After signing in, you can:

• Update your shipping and billing information;

• Update your email address;

• Edit your email preferences;

• Check your order status and purchase history;

• Change your password.

You can sign up by:

• Entering your email address in the "Email" box found at the bottom of any page on JDSports.ca;

• Select the checkbox to opt-in to receive emails when registering for an account.

To opt-out of our newsletters, click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any JD Sports email you receive and you’ll be taken off our list.

Even if you opt-out of receiving email newsletters, you will still receive transactional emails relating to purchases that you’ve made.

We only send emails to individuals who have expressly shared their email address with us. In case we have used an external source for communication data, we state the source of the customer data at the end of every message sent through the system. This indicates to the recipient how we acquired the recipient's information.
